We enjoyed a lovely 3 night stay at the Factor's House. The property is beautiful and so comfortable. The rooms are large and tastefully furnish with absolutely everything you need provided. Fiona is a great host and cook, the breakfasts and dinners are a real treat.

A really lovely, luxurious, comfortable stay. A beautiful and stylish home, with delicious food (breakfast with a great range of choices) and really lovely set menu for dinner. The emphasis here is on local, high-quality produce. Fiona is a helpful, calm and welcoming host with lots of local knowledge for ideas of things to see and do. If you need a luxurious break away from noise and bustle and nonsense, this is the place!

From the minute we arrived we knew we would have a great time. Fiona our host was so helpful offering to help with luggage and showing us our room. We had the Urquart garden view room which was spacious and beautiful with many thoughtful special touches She’s a lady with personality with exceptional customer service which is rarely seen I loved the honesty bar. The breakfast she servers is the absolute best ever She’s a truly amazing lady doing a great job looking after this beautiful property. It’s the best b&b that we have ever stayed in. Fiona when you come to Brisbane Australia you are welcome to stay with us in our home and we will show you around our amazing city. We hope you might do this one day and it would be amazing to share our hospitality with you as you as you have made our stay in Cromarty very special. Peaceful escape in Scotland We had an amazing few days staying at this beautiful B&B. It was a refreshing change to wake to silence instead of road noise.
Nothing was too much trouble for our host Fiona. Our large room looked out onto a beautiful garden and was complete with little extras like home made treats which we appreciated at the end of the day.
Our breakfast was amazing and a great way to start the day.
Fiona offered invaluable advise on what to do and see in this little town. Overall we couldn’t recommend staying here more highly than we have.

Beautiful location and characterful Victorian house. The rooms are tastefully decorated and have everything you could need, including fresh fruit. The breakfasts are delicious and the hostess is friendly and very informative about the area. There is an honesty bar in the lounge with everything you could ask for.
Cromarty is a lovely village with lots of history and scenic walks.

We were met with a warm welcome by Fiona and shown to our twin room downstairs. The room was beautifully and tastefully presented with luxurious furnishings.
The attention to detail, including fresh fruit, quality toiletries and the offer of fresh milk was appreciated by us.
The quality of food was outstanding at both breakfast and also our evening meal.
Fiona could really show the hospitality business how to provide excellent service for their guests!
We will be back to enjoy the wonderful Factor’s House.

Family-run B&B The B&B property is beautiful, excellent breakfast, and a very family-like atmosphere.
Fiona welcomed us very well; in the days prior, at our request, she booked a restaurant nearby for us. Excellent starting point for visiting Inverness and Loch Ness

Fiona is the consummate host, welcoming and friendly. She runs a lovely B&B. The rooms are large and beautifully appointed, and breakfast was abundant and delicious. The Black Isle is agriculturally spectacular, quite different from the rest of the Inverness area. Cromarty sits at the end of the Black Isle on the Cromarty Firth. If you are continuing North on the NC 500, be sure to take the two-car ferry from Cromarty to Nigg.

Perhaps my favorite place to stay in Scotland. Rooms are unique and spacious. Beds are comfortable. Fiona is amazing. Food is spectacular. And Cromarty is a lovely little village.

Fabulous in every way! Immensely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house and we didn't want to leave. A wonderful place to relax and unwind. Peace and quiet in a wonderful location with fantastic food. Stayed in the spacious and very lovely Urquhart room with dual aspects looking into the gardens and a nearby garden pond. Every detail and finishing touch in the room and dining was just perfect. The wild deer, heron and woodpeckers in the vast gardens were the cherry on top. Hope to return. Thanks to the lovely and attentive Fiona for making our stay fabulous.

We spent a lovely overnight at the Factors House last night. The house is beautiful, it sits above Cromarty with views over the sea. Although it’s above the town it only takes a few minutes to walk down. The room we had was beautifully decorated, warm and spotless with lovely touches throughout. Breakfast was delicious, I had fruit with Greek yoghurt and then a cooked breakfast. We will definitely book to come back again.

😀 - The home was beautiful and well detailed. Our host, Fiona was amazing! Not only was she really nice, Fiona created a delicious dinner and breakfast using her skills as a French-trained chef. The Factor's House isan easy 5 Stars and we would definitely stay again.

Wow! Everything was perfect. Every detail so well thought through. The room was pure luxury. The evening meal delicious, and the breakfast choice extensive, fresh, and delicious. The lounge was a comfy and cosy place and the choice of whiskies and gin enormous! Certainly the best B&B and I look forward to returning again and again!
