We are situated on the A832 on the edge of Cromarty. If you are coming from the south/Inverness/Fortrose, on the approach to Cromarty we are just after the 30 mile an hour signs -2nd drive on the left. There is a stone sign which says a Factor’s House B&B. if you pass the ‘Welcome to Cromarty’ sign you have gone too far!
Cromarty from Jemimaville
From the north, drive through Jemimaville and on the approach into Cromarty, take the first right -Bayview Crescent. Turn right up the hill on the A832 signposted Fortrose. you will pass four detached modern houses on the right and we are the next drive on the right. If you pass the national speed limit sign you have gone too far!
