** Cancellation due to Covid 19**
If you reside in an area that is in lockdown at the time of your stay, or equally if Cromarty is in lockdown, there will be no cancellation charge.
If you are self isolating due to possible contact with the virus, or have the virus, you can move your booking free of charge within a 6 month period.
For all other reasons, normal cancellation charges apply
We are not registered for VAT therefore all prices shown due not include tax.
Booking Deposit: A deposit of the first night's stay is normally required and the balance is payable at the end of your stay. Please note that no deposits are currently being taken due to COVID, but a card number is still required to confirm your booking. See above for cancellations due to COVID.
Payment methods accepted: Cash, Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.
Children: We have no family rooms and we do not normally accept children under the age of 5. Our Urquhart room is able to accommodate one fold down bed and we are happy to accept one child over 5 at a cost of £20 extra per night which includes breakfast.
Sorry, we do not accept pets except for Assistance Dogs.
Smoking is not permitted.
Check in time: 4pm-6pm If you plan to arrive later please let us know.
Check out on day of departure: 10.30
Cancellation: If you cancel your booking we reserve the right to retain the deposit paid. If you cancel your booking within 14 days we reserve the right to charge for the whole booking, and may offer a partial refund based on rooms we have been able to relent. If, after your arrival, you choose to curtail your stay and leave before the end of the full duration of your booking we may charge you an amount up to the full balance for your full booking as reimbursement for any nights when the accommodation cannot be re-let to other customers. We recommend you take out travel insurance.
No Shows: The full amount of your stay will be charged.
Tariff: We reserve the right to vary the tariff at any time.
