Rooms are £150 per night based on 2 guests sharing. This includes breakfast. We have special offers from time to time -please check the special offers slot on our homepage. If you propose to stay for longer than three nights we would be delighted to offer a discount- please get in touch.

There is a discount of £20 for single occupancy. We can accommodate 1 child over 5 and under 12 sharing parents' room at a cost of £20 per night including breakfast. We can only accommodate a child in the Urquhart room.

We request a non refundable deposit of first night stay to secure your booking; this can be done through our online booking system or by phone on 01381600394.

We recommend you take out travel insurance as unfortunately deposits cannot be returned.
